- Returned in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Free from any damages caused after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process
- Initiating a Return:

- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
- Approval & Pickup:
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide instructions for shipping the product back to us. - Inspection:
Upon receipt, our team will inspect the product. If it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
- Refund processing time:
- Prepaid Orders: 7-10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy

Shipping Costs for Returns
