Most camera bags rest the padded core directly on the bottom panel, which means setting the bag down hard sends the impact straight into a lens mount. We mount the core on suspension webbing clear of the base, and we drop-test with instrumented dummies rather than assuming the foam is enough.
A divider that collapses the moment the bag is carried at an angle lets a lens roll into a body. We build dividers as individually stiffened padded units cut to lock against each other in the approved layout, and we tilt-test and invert loaded bags on every batch.
For brand and professional orders we design divider geometry around the specific bodies and lenses the bag will hold, not a generic grid that fits nothing well. Optics brands bundling a case with a lens get an interior built to that lens.

Yes, and for brand and professional orders it is how we prefer to work. Send the equipment list — bodies, lenses, and accessories — and we will lay out divider geometry and core dimensions around it, with your sign-off before cutting.
We specify foam by density and thickness against the protection requirement, suspend the equipment core clear of the base, and drop-test loaded bags with instrumented dummies. No bag makes equipment indestructible, but a suspended core and correctly specified foam are the two things that matter most, and they are the two most often skipped.
Standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design, colour, and size combination. Lens pouches and accessory pouches are quoted from 300 pieces upward.
Standard variants are water-resistant with coated shells, storm flaps over the access panel zip, and a built-in rain cover. For shooting in genuine monsoon or coastal conditions we manufacture welded waterproof and roll-top variants. A zippered camera bag is never fully waterproof without a cover, and we would rather specify correctly than overstate.
