Handle tear-out at the top hem is the single defining failure of a cheap tote, and it happens because handles were tacked to a folded hem rather than stitched down the body panel and box-stitched. We do it the slower way on every tote, including the ₹40 ones, because a bag that fails on the walk home is worse advertising than no bag at all.
Substituting 6oz cotton for the 8oz you approved is the most common and most invisible way a tote quote gets cheaper. We check incoming fabric GSM against the specification and shrinkage-test cotton, so the bulk run matches the sample you signed off.
Printing finished bags is faster and gives worse coverage, weaker registration, and cracked prints at the seams. We print in roll or panel form and cut printed panels to register marks, which costs fabric yield and produces a bag that still looks right after twenty washes.
Jute, organic cotton, recycled cotton, and rPET are held in working supply rather than sourced specially, and we can provide material documentation where your export buyer or tender requires it. An eco brief should not add six weeks to your lead time.
Tote orders run into the hundreds of thousands at very low unit cost. We hold cost through fabric selection, panel efficiency, and print method — not by thinning the fabric, shortening the handle stitch, or dropping the base reinforcement between the sample and the bulk run.
We run a 3-stage quality check across material incoming, in-process, and pre-shipment, and provide a pre-dispatch quality report with photographs for orders above 1,000 units. Individual poly-bagging, store-level carton marking, and export documentation are all handled in-house.

Standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design and colour for canvas, jute, and polyester totes. Non-woven shopping bags are quoted from 1,000 pieces upward, where the unit economics work properly.
That depends on the fabric weight, handle construction, and base reinforcement. Our grocery and book variants are load-tested to 15 kg. A 6oz promotional tote is not a grocery bag, and we would rather specify the right weight than let a light bag fail carrying vegetables.
On correctly specified prints, yes. We print in roll or panel form before cutting and wash-test printed cotton samples for cracking, fading, and lift. If your bags will be washed regularly, tell us at enquiry so we specify the print method accordingly.
Sample: 5–8 working days. Bulk orders of 100–1,000 pieces: 12–18 working days. Orders above 1,000 pieces: 18–25 working days from sample approval. Very large orders above 50,000 pieces are scheduled in phased dispatches.
