The bodies are water-resistant with coated fabric and storm flaps over the zip lines, and every trekking variant can include an integrated rain cover. Fully waterproof roll-top variants with welded seams are also manufactured for river crossings and heavy monsoon use. No zippered trekking pack is fully waterproof without a cover, and we would rather say so than claim otherwise.
